Strategi Penguatan Apip Bawaslu Dalam Pengawalan Akuntabilitas Dana Hibah Pilkada 2024

The simultaneous Pilkada in 2024 increased governance risks in grant fund management, requiring effective internal supervision to ensure transparency and accountability. This study analyzes strategies for strengthening the role of the Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP) within Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) in safeguarding the accountability of Pilkada grant funds. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis and analyzed using spiral data analysis and triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that the Inspectorate General of Bawaslu implemented structured and risk-based supervision through audits, reviews, evaluations, monitoring, and consultative assistance throughout the grant fund management cycle. Despite these efforts, supervisory effectiveness remains constrained by extensive coverage, regulatory complexity, and limitations in human resources. Strengthening APIP through capacity building, improved coordination, and refinement of supervisory mechanisms is therefore essential to enhance the accountability and sustainability of Pilkada grant fund management

Analisis Pengaruh Digitalisasi Masjid terhadap Spiritualitas Mahasiswa Muslim

This research aims to analyze the role and measure the influence of Mosque Digitalization on the Spirituality of Muslim Students in Indonesia. Mosque digitalization, utilizing social media, especially Instagram, has transformed the religious interaction of the younger generation. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design using a survey method. Data were collected from 100 Muslim student respondents across various universities using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results indicate that mosque digitalization has a positive and significant influence on the spirituality of Muslim students. Collectively, the majority of respondents (86%) reported benefits, especially in fostering discipline in worship (80% aided by digital tools) and expanding access to dakwah and information (84% rated as effective). Nevertheless, the impact of digitalization on intrinsic motivation for worship and physical participation in religious studies remains moderate, evident from the high percentage of indifferent respondents. The conclusion of this study is that Mosque Digitalization plays a positive and significant role in supporting and strengthening Muslim Student Spirituality.

Pemanfaatan Sampah Plastik Laut sebagai Sumber Energi: Tinjauan Teknologi dan Analisis Ekonomi

Sampah plastik laut mengganggu ekosistem dan mengindikasikan potensi energi yang hilang di Indonesia. Studi ini meninjau tiga teknologi sampah-ke-energi (WtE): pyrolysis, gasifikasi, dan insinerasi. Hal ini didasarkan pada analisis data kuantitatif dan evaluasi ekonomi. Potensi energi dengan nilai kalor plastik 43–46 MJ/kg dan parameter efisiensi masing-masing teknologi dihitung dengan data volume sampah plastik yang tidak terkelola dan kebocoran ke laut. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mismanaged plastic sebesar 3,22 juta ton per tahun dapat dibakar untuk menghasilkan sekitar 32 323 GWh listrik. Sebaliknya, kebocoran plastik ke laut (0,48 hingga 1,29 juta ton) berpotensi menghasilkan 4 818 hingga 12 949 GWh listrik; gasifikasi menghasilkan 5 957 GWh dari mismanaged plastic dan 888 hingga 2 387 GWh dari sampah laut, dan insinerasi menghasilkan sekitar 1 610 hingga 4 325 GWh dari sampah laut. Pyrolysis skala kecil memerlukan investasi awal yang lebih besar, tetapi mampu memproduksi bahan bakar cair berkualitas tinggi. Analisis ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa gasifikasi memiliki payback period sekitar dua tahun dengan internal rate of return di atas 38 %. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pyrolysis adalah teknologi paling menjanjikan untuk pemanfaatan sampah plastik laut di Indonesia. Namun, untuk menerapkannya, diperlukan peraturan, infrastruktur, dan kolaborasi dengan program pengelolaan sampah nasional.

Implementasi Perencanaan Tenaga Kependidikan: Analisis Kesenjangan terhadap Standar Ideal Manajemen SDM Pendidikan

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational staff planning at MA Darut Thalibin Ponteh Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency, using a gap analysis approach to determine the level of discrepancy against the ideal standards of Permendikbud No. 2626 of 2025 with the actual conditions in the madrasah. The research method used is a case study with triangulation techniques including Likert questionnaires, observation, and documentation, validated through expert judgment and tested for reliability with Cronbach's Alpha. The research subjects include 12 active educational staff comprising teachers, school principals, and support staff. The study shows that there is a minor gap in the procurement dimension, while in the areas of coaching and development, evaluation and supervision, as well as compensation and rewards, there are significant to critical gaps. Factors causing these discrepancies include a lack of continuous training, a weak digital evaluation system, and limited resources

Eksistensi Nilai Tengka dalam Penggunaan Bahasa Engghi Bhunten pada Generasi Alpha di Perkotaan

This research is motivated by the emergence of Generation Alpha in urban Madura, who more frequently use simple, practical language, often mixed with Indonesian or, as it's called, social media language. This phenomenon has the potential to weaken the use of the language "Engghi bhunten" in daily life. Therefore, if not given special attention, it is feared that the value of tengka embodied in the use of the language engghi bhunten will fade. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing the sustainability of the tengka value in the practice of using the engghi bhunten language among Generation Alpha in urban areas, and to identify efforts made to maintain the existence of the tengka value in the use of the engghi bhunten language among Generation Alpha in urban areas. The research findings indicate that the influencing factors include the dominance of national and global languages, the influence of technology and digital media, and urbanization. As for the efforts made to preserve the use of the Engghi Bhunten language, these include integrating regional languages into education, the role of families, cultural activities, and communities.

The characteristics of educators are an important aspect of educational success, because education will never be successful without competent educators in the learning process. The Qur'an is a source of human life that is always relevant throughout time. It regulates human life, including the characteristics of educators as conveyed by Allah in Q.S Al-Jumu’ah verse 2. This article aims to examine the characteristics of educators based on Q.S Al-Jumu’ah verse 2 according to Muhammad Quraish Shihab in the book Tafsir Al Misbah. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. The results of the discussion indicate that the characteristics of an educator are not only to impart knowledge during the learning process, but an educator also purifies the heart, ethics, and imparts religious knowledge in the form of the Qur’an and the Sunnah. so that students can become a generation that emulates the character of the Prophet Muhammad, not only focusing on general knowledge. Q.S Al-Jumu’ah verse 2 emphasizes that educators should continue to uphold both moral character and knowledge

Diplomasi Paralel dalam Hubungan Internasional Kontemporer: Studi Kota Bandung dalam Jejaring UNESCO Creative Cities Network

This research analyzes the governance and practices of Bandung City’s parallel diplomacy in developing its identity as a City of Design. Using the concept of parallel diplomacy, the study examines the roles of governmental and societal actors in international collaboration supported by UNESCO. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews with the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bandung City and the Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF), supported by document analysis and secondary literature.
